DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• We are currently offering free Ireland delivery on all orders over £100.
• Delivery time estimates can be found at checkout, but typically take between 1-7 days.
• If placing an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be processed on the next working day (Monday). 
• Orders to Ireland Remote postcodes may be subjected to an additional 1-3 working days’ delivery time. 
• Please allow an extra five working days for engraved products.
• All our orders are delivered by DHL, FEDEX and other courier companies with express service that requires a signature upon delivery. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact DHL, FEDEX, and other courier partners directly through their portals. 
• Please note that for both UK and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, such as Brexit, customs delays, adverse weather conditions or an unexpected increase in demand. Please contact our Customer Service Team (Info@eirswift.com) or our courier partner for an update relating to your order.

• Tateossian does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and BFPO addresses.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:

• For orders in the Ireland and EU Member states, all taxes and duties are included in the final cost at checkout.
• Delivery not in the UK or EU member states may be subject to import taxes and duties. The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods and where they are produced (Country of Origin). In such instances, it is the customers’ responsibility to cover any duties and fees levied by their own country. If you do not pay this fee, local custom regulators will not release the package to you and will send it back to Tateossian head office in London. If the parcel is returned, the return charge will be deducted from your refund.
• For more information regarding customs duties, we advise our customers to get in touch with their country’s Revenues and Customs office.

Do I need to pay import duties or tariffs when ordering from the US?

No. Although we are based in the UK, we hold stock in our US warehouse so that US orders are shipped domestically. This means you will not be charged any additional tariffs or import duties.

For a small number of items that are only stocked in the UK, we route these through our US warehouse before delivery. This ensures you still avoid extra charges, though delivery may take a little longer in these cases.
